Wild Bloom

In this expressive floral painting, I layered colour using brushwork and a palette knife to create a wild garden bursting with life and movement. The painting is finished with a painted white border, framing the composition. The surface of this painting is heavily textured, built up of multiple layers. The sides of the canvas are also painted (white) and the painting is sealed beneath a glossy varnish.
