Original acrylic painting of Gum Trees. I have many photos of these majestic trees from my travels around Australia. 'Gum Tree Haven'
The painting process includes acrylic paint, sponging, dot work and line work in the landscape.
The painting is on canvas wrapped around traditional wooden stretcher bars 30.5 Width x 30.5cm Height with edges that are 3.5 cm deep. The edges are staple free and the painting continues around the edges.
The painting is framed and dimensions are 32.5 x 32.5 x 4.5 cm
The painting is varnished with professional quality artist’s varnish which gives a protective surface and a gloss sheen that is soft to the touch and makes the colours beautiful and vibrant.
I package my art securely in twin walled cartons, with inserted protective layering and lots of bubble wrap.
The painting is signed on the front and back and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and a hand painted A5 thank you card.
I take great care with my paintings from start to finish when posting off to the new owner.

Denise is a Contemporary artist who lives on the Gold Coast, Queensland Australia. Denise has travelled extensively around Australia and photographed the landscape and nature which has inspired her art. Her work is driven by a love of colour and pattern. "I have been painting since a very young age. Working for 15 years in the Art Department of St. Hilda's School on the Gold Coast. My artwork has been exhibited in art shows on the Gold Coast and Brisbane with works sold for private and public collections in Australia and overseas. I have been involved with the creative arts all my life. My inspiration comes from nature and the landscapes I photograph on my travels and it is an integral part of my life. My subject matter was mainly old houses and hotels but now I am engaging in birds, flowers and landscapes and using this subject matter to explore the many and varied different colours, shapes and forms that exist in them. I paint using acrylic, watercolour, ink and mixed media.".
