Original acrylic painting of a beautiful old homestead in the Gold Coast hinterland.
I photographed this home on my travels to the Hinze Dam and the rustic wooden fence out front and stone chimneys inspired me to paint the amazing landscape with hills of trees behind the home.
The painting process includes acrylic paint, sponging, dot work and line work in the landscape.
The painting is on canvas wrapped around traditional wooden stretcher bars 50 Width x 40 Height cm with edges that are 3.5 cm deep.
The edges are staple free and the painting continues around the edges, ready to put on your wall with hanging wire on the back.
The painting is varnished with professional quality artist’s varnish. This gives a protective surface and a gloss sheen that is soft to the touch and makes the colours beautiful and vibrant.
I package my art securely in twin walled cartons, with inserted protective layering and lots of bubble wrap.
The painting is signed on the front and back and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and a painted A5 thank you card.
I take great care with my paintings from start to finish when posting off to the new owner.
