My family and I live steps away from the Yalooka/Campaspe river in northern Victoria. We’ve been here long enough to see it in both drought and flood. This small series of collagraphs is one of my celebrations of the specialness of the Australian landscape after a wet summer.
Printed on Japanese *ho-sho paper, printed with black ink and coloured in with watercolour, gouache, and ink.
*due to the nature of ho-sho paper and the heavy handedness of the artist, colour shows though in the back of the work. This in no way impacts the front.
