From the swirling grey of unformed being, substance forms. A pulsing heart of opposites combine in unity. Bursting with life, waves of rose pink, deep purple, bordeaux red , interlaced with silver & iridescent white, project outward, charged with the black & white of Yin & Yang. And so, life begins, infused with divine wisdom & love. Its expansion begins.
My exploration of multi-toned negative space & the energy that brings to a piece continues. The rose pink, deep purple & bordeaux were an inspired combination choice that simply felt right. After working on a smaller piece with the same colours, this was an expansion on that, with one dominant central pour of the assorted colours surrounded by 4 smaller pours of the same blend. Already in love with the colour combination from the smaller piece, this one has become one of my favourite pieces. In part because of the intricate lacing & cells to be found. But more because of the layers of meaning I found within the finished artwork.
It speaks to me. And maybe it speaks to you too.
MATERIALS
This painting is an original one-of-a-kind artwork, on a thin edged, back stapled, stretched canvas.
Artist grade acrylics are used, with the painting continuing down the sides of the canvas eliminating the need to frame. The artwork has been finished with 3 layers of professional grade archival gloss varnish for extra protection (including UV protection), colour enhancement and a smooth finish.
The artwork is signed on the back of the canvas & initialled on the side of the canvas at one corner. A certificate of authenticity is provided.

The painting will come with D eyelets & wire attached.

‘In situ’ photos used are from within my own living space, so each picture is to scale with its surrounding items.
PACKAGING & DELIVERY
The artwork will be packaged & sent within 3 business days. It will be carefully double-wrapped in bubble wrap & boxed in sturdy cardboard. Packaging & delivery within Australia are included in the artwork price.
