Being who we are, and being passionate about what we do is the only way to live. Endowed with this gift of creativity, I pursued art throughout school life as hobby & as a key subject in HSC which helped fine tune my skills. Commerce studies and family took priority but having immersed myself in art after decades, I take pride in reinventing myself, realizing that a gift of art is never lost.
I have always chosen water colour as my favourite medium , but love indulging in silk & acrylic painting to experiment and challenge creative boundaries.
My love of flowers, beauty of each petal, leaves & stems, and how light and shadow create magical aura about them, I have endeavored to spill this beauty through my passion for art.
Truly believe our souls are flowers that blossom to manifest dreams, to enhance beauty and spread joy.
A memorable workshop with celebrated artist Susan Harrison-Tustain in 2018 empowered me to break barriers, and "kept those brushes flying" . This has helped connect with my true self. Every artwork, time invested and sense of joy and fulfilment at the end of every creation has given me a purpose and motivates to do more challenging pieces.
I have sold silk paintings to interior decorators and donated my art for raising funds for a charity in the past.
