She began painting in 1980 primarily using oils, she now also uses acrylics and mixed media.
Diana was a co founder, inaugural President and Life member of the Oatley 101 Society of Artists.
She is currently serving on the committee of the Combined Art Societies of Sydney Inc. and is an exhibiting member of the Royal Art Society of NSW
