This Australian Seascape Oil Painting was through Dan Scott's Draw Paint Academy Online Courses.
It still was inspired by the many times that my husband and I have visited this holiday spot.
Holiday memories reminded me how magnificent this part of Queensland's coastline truly is, so I was motivated to put brush to canvas. Yet I decided it was time to try something a little different.
This seascape painting is my attempt to learn Van Gogh's's style of brush work, bold strokes and stronger colors.
I was pleasantly surprised with the completed creation. NOT BAD FOR A FIRST ATTEMP!!! Though I must admit that I did not follow instructions to the letter. But, put my style of painting into this artwork. Making it again, a "one-of-a-kind" seascape oil painting.
The price $825.00 includes a gold ornate frame. The painting can be purchased for $625.00 unframed if preferred.
