Whenever I see these delightful clivias in bloom they make me think that spring is here and bring a smile to my face and a lightness to my heart. I tried to capture that feeling in the painting.
Diane started her career as an architectural draftsperson and has carried her love of architecture into her art. She also likes to paint land and seascapes, nature and things that capture her imagination. She loves bold colours and works in oils, acrylic and water colours. Diane has entered a number of art exhibitions and has been awarded two Highly Commended and First Prize in the Acrylic Section.
