I've got my eye on you

Recently I was staying on the south coast of NSW in Bermagui and I had regular magpie visitors wanting to share my breakfast. This magpie in particular was really friendly and just seemed to have very paintable poses.
This painting was exhibited in the Drummoyne Art Society 2025 Member Exhibition and was awarded a Very Highly Commended.

Diane started her career as an architectural draftsperson and has carried her love of architecture into her art. She also likes to paint land and seascapes, nature and things that capture her imagination. She loves bold colours and works in oils, acrylic and water colours. Diane has entered a number of art exhibitions and has been awarded two Highly Commended and First Prize in the Acrylic Section.
