Acrylic on stretched canvas, ready to hang.
Signed on the front.
Inspired by an autumn walk through my garden during which I harvested kiwi fruit and lemons from my orchard. The composition evolved around the crystal plate, on loan from a dear friend, and the beautiful shadows and light reflections it creates . In the left hand top corner sits a Karin Engelien vase, and the piece is completed with feijoa from my neighbours little street stall.
This piece has been painted on smooth canvas which creates a beautifully delicate texture to the brushstrokes.
