I enjoy combining sum-e painting with Australian animals. Sumi-e, is a type of East Asian brush painting that uses black ink. Using just simple black ink and carefully curated white space, sumi-e captures the timeless beauty and complexity of the natural world.

After a decades long career as graphic designer I've been working as an artist for 4 years. Originating from country Australia and now working from my art studio in the city. I work on everything from drawing to painting in acrylic, oil and aerosol art. The majority of work has been commission paintings and mural commissions but I am beginning to distribute my own collection of new work directly to Bluethumb. I hope you enjoy the art!
