Firstly, I have to mention right away this painting looks so much better in real life [I had to combine 3 photos to get the whole image] than this photo portrays.
It is a picture of my 4 yr old son who used to pee on everything. Given he was so little and had such a cute little round bum, I didn't stop him.
This was in the beautiful Fitzroy Gardens amongst rows and rows of magnificent tall trees [probably best not urinated upon].
The colours are beautifully vibrant and rich, much more so than image shows. The trees are extremely detailed, taking weeks to complete.
It's a most cheerful and charming painting.
