Acrylic on canvas, stretched and ready to hang.
Signed on the front.
Charleston is a small town located within the Adelaide foothills and near the larger tourist town of Lobethal (part of the Kaurna and Peramangk lands). It is a region within the Onkaparinga Valley renown for low lying hills and sweeping vistas. This painting captures a moment when sunlight cast across the landscape and softly illuminated features in a variety of pastel colours. Pinks, purples and oranges formed a dramatic contrast to cool blues within the shadows.
Painted with archival acrylic paints and finished with gloss varnish for surface protection. Cotton canvas stretched over durable timber frame, unframed. Minor indent on one edge of canvas and a few corner scuffs. Reverse includes heavy duty D-Rings mounted 10cm down from top as well as a wire fixture suitable for hanging either with a track system or single wall hook. Artwork signed front and back. Every effort has been made to colour match, however, please note artwork colours may vary between the original and image on the screen of your device. Please note there a few minor scuffs on corners of artwork.
