Artist Bio
Blue Mountains artist Dylan Brookes combines photography and collage to create bold and colourful artworks. From graffiti-covered laneways and rusty old street signs, Dylanโs work presents a unique interpretation of the view from the street. Dylan first launched his work in 2012 at Design: Made: Trade in Melbourne. He was later selected to take part in the Emerging Artists program at Saturday Indesign Melbourne, and has exhibited at the Melbourne Design Market, Albert Park College Art Show, Brunswick Street Gallery and Linden Centre for Contemporary Arts. His first solo exhibition titled Street Views was held at 69 Smith St Gallery, Fitzroy. His work has also appeared on set of the ABC TV drama The Time of Our Lives.
