Planting the Seeds of Consciousness

My art is created through a process of meditation and drawing on what I need to know next.

This painting is of a bunch of coolamon, used to gather food, amongst other things and the abundance of seeds being gathered. It is a learning process to be conscious of the seeds we are planting in our lives.

Eileen is a coach and hypnotherapist who loves to paint and draw to get out of her head. Painting is cathartic. What started out as an art journal has become a lifestyle. I paint what I am shown as I progress through each work. Nothing is planned, all is enjoyed. In 2021, through family history research, Eileen was able to confirm Aboriginal ancestry and although there is no claim for any of the work to be Aboriginal art, there are definite links in what is coming through.
