Mermaid hair I don’t care!

I love everything to do with colours of the ocean and wanted to recreate these colours and the playful feeling of feeling like a mermaid in the ocean. Because of the many layers of acrylic and oil pastels, there’s always something different to look at that captures the light and my eye.
