Red Waratah's are stunning flowers with their striking red petals and dark green leaves, equally as stunning is the white Waratah with its white petals and dark green leaves. In this painting I have decided to combine these beauties with some purple Hardenbergia. the colours compliment each other as do the textures! The Hardenbergia flowers are small and delicate whilst the Waratah's present large bold petals and strong stems.
