Hello, I'm Em, a passionate artist based in Melbourne with over 25 years of experience in painting.
In the last few years, my creative journey has taken me to a dedicated space in my garage, where I have had the pleasure of selling more than 80 works to date. Each painting holds a special meaning to me, and it brings me immense joy to know that my art is being cherished in homes around the world.
Known by my neighbours as “the artist with the garage door open, singing along to her music while painting,” I embrace the vibrant energy of creativity in all aspects of life. My gorgeous fluffy dog Rosie often keeps me company as I work, barking at the mailman when he delivers my online shopping problem.
Creativity is at the core of who I am, and I’m constantly exploring new artistic outlets. Whether it's molding clay and creating ceramics with my daughter, watercolor painting with her, crafting accessories, sewing, or taking on DIY home makeovers, I'm always surrounded by colour and imagination.
In addition to my art, I've recently embarked on an exciting new chapter. After stepping away from my career as a Marketing Manager in 2022, I have devoted myself fully to my art and writing. I'm currently in the process of publishing a novel, inspired by my grandparents' memoirs, and I couldn’t be more thrilled about this next phase of my life.
Art and storytelling are my true passions, and I am embracing this time to pursue both with heart and soul. Who knows? One day, I may be able to fully immerse myself in my art and writing career, leaving the corporate world behind.
