Original Artwork's Description

A smaller piece but not lacking in intensity, ‘Glimpse’ is a look into your inner self, who you are while you sleep, while you’re at peace.

Based in Canberra, living, loving and working on Ngunnawal land.

I paint the female form, abstract florals, enjoy busy doodling, and have a a deep interest in female stories, iconography and representation of the divine feminine in art and life. I also write whimsical, silly poems.

I bring my pieces together in layers, building complexity and pouring myself into everything I create.

I bloody love art, I love creating and bringing pieces to life from inside my brain. The joy I feel when one of my paintings or prints finds a new happy home on a wall somewhere out there is huge!

Thanks for getting to know me a bit better. Em
