I was in a playful mood one day in my little studio, it was the end of the week and I was looking for a simple way of printing. This was like child’s play but for a technique that is so simple, I really love the end result. It is joyful and playful. This piece really made me smile ☺️

I’m an artist from Townsville, North Queensland, Australia. I love various forms of art making and find it hard to stick to one, there is so much to be inspired by and as long as I’m being creative that’s what makes me happy. Having said that watercolour painting has been my main art practice, I love the watery flowing nature of the medium and the incredible intense hues to very soft transparent washes. Printmaking, drawing, oil painting and ceramics are also mediums I love to use.
My subject interests are varied but I prefer earthy elements, I tend to go with the flow and let my mood drive the inspiration.
