Yallingup Beach

This painting is of Yallingup Beach on Western Australia's south west coast line.
I wanted to capture the feeling of anticipation as one wanders over the top of the sand dunes and sees the turquoise and dark blue sea waiting for them.
This painting is also a lot about temperature- I want the viewer to be able to imagine the warmth on their shoulders from the sun, but also imagine dipping their toes into the refreshing and icy water.
We have the best coast line in the world- why not take a little piece of it into your home!
This edges of this canvas are painted so that the owner is able to decide if they would like to frame the camvas or not- I like to leave freedom in this regards to that it will suit your personal space and tastes.
