Bright and Bold Crimson Rosella

I love painting Australian wildlife, it has been a passion of mine for a very long time. Birds and flowers are my favourite subjects to paint, and I do look forward to adding more animals and plants to the collection. This particular piece would brighten up any space in the home or office with a fun and vibrant feel to it.

I used Windsor & Newton professional watercolour paints on Arches cold pressed watercolour paper - 100% cotton paper.

My name is Emma-lee, and I have been an artist for about 8 years now. I first fell in love with watercolour painting, and then moved on to other mediums like soft pastels and coloured pencil work. I have done a number of commission pieces, which are inspiring because they really push you to your limits, there is so much pressure to perfect your piece and make it look as accurate as you possibly can for their loving owners. However, I also love to create pieces with wildlife and botanicals for online students, to sell as originals and prints.
