Originally from Sydney’s Northern Beaches, I have been living in beautiful Port Stephens, NSW since 2010.
I’m a self taught artist who (after being encouraged by my lovely husband) picked up the brush again after a very long hiatus. The result has been a variety of works with everything from landscapes to quirky animals.
Living where I do, and being surrounded by magical blue water and picture perfect beaches, it is easy to see where a lot of the inspiration for many of my artworks comes from.
In fact, if you see me out walking, I’m probably taking more photos than keeping up the pace.
Aside from my art, I’m a busy mum of two teenage boys trying to keep the house in tact!
I’m a little obsessed with Koalas and I am a regular volunteer at Port Stephens Koala Hospital.
You may also spot me playing the trumpet alongside the kids in the local school band.
For me, painting is my ‘down time’. It makes me stop. It can sometimes frustrate and challenge me, but it is so rewarding to see it come together in the end.
I can’t wait to create more artworks for you and I hope that my art brings happiness, warmth and character into your home and/or workspace.
