Illawong Walk is one of many stunning walks in the Mt Kosciuszko National Park. This artwork is my impression of this beautiful part of the Australian Alps and I wanted to capture the uniqueness of the area: the rocks, the colours of the flora, and the 'wildness' but also the 'quietness' of the environment.
It is the kind of painting that makes you look twice and think about the amazing nature that we are so lucky to have in this country.
It will look amazing with a nice wide mounting board and light oak frame, please note: it is being sold unframed.
