The bright sun has a moment to reflect the deep blues of the choppy ocean whilst the stormy clouds are set to roll in. The wind’s gusts are aimed perfectly against the wave holding it up right for many moments, simultaneously sending the foam mistily into the air.

Emma’s expressive use of colours are parallel to her views and perceptions of nature, in particular fauna. Though Emma uses a variety of styles and mediums to portray various scenes, her heart never strays too far from using the ocean as inspiration.
Whether she uses a graffiti, abstract, realist, surreal, messy, anthropomorphic, or contemporary style, Emma stays true to bright and bold.
