Artwork Description

Acrylic on canvas, stretched and ready to hang.

Signed on the front.

I have been exploring Still Life again in the studio, with the desire to distort the perspective of things. This is my initial investigation of Andromeda Flowers, which symbolically represent the spiritual realm and mystical experiences (according to Google!). Thought to be a powerful symbol of spiritual growth and transcendence. An appropriate symbolism serendipitously noted after the painting had been finished! Working with the title "when life gives you lemons" the suggestion is to use the experience to make life better (make lemonade). An appropriate sentiments for our times.
