Walking through country. Listening to the sound of the wind moving through. This cavas style is a new Live Edge canvas where no shape is the same. Built by me in studio to reflect the shapes we find on country such as scar trees in this instance.

My name is Ernest Garrett, I am an indigenous man belonging to the Darumbal and Wulli Wulli Peoples. I grew up on my father's country in Rockhampton including the river Tunuba (Fitzroy River). I gain my inspiration from places like the Tunuba River, our native country, family and connection.
