Artist Bio

As an urban designer and planner, my creative practice is inspired by the rich layers of heritage, culture, and place that shape our built environments. My canvas paintings reflect a deep fascination with traditional forms, symbolism, and storytelling—particularly from South Asian and Australian contexts. Drawing on my professional experience in shaping cities, I explore how cultural identity and memory are embedded in architecture, landscapes, and rituals. Each artwork is both a visual narrative and a tribute to the resilience of cultural heritage. All proceeds from my art support charitable projects in underprivileged communities in Sri Lanka.
