Original Artwork's Description

101 x 76 x 4 cm

This is a uniquely original 3D abstract textured art piece inspired by the shining stars in the night sky.
This piece is made by layering modeling paste on canvas and gold leafed with metalic leaf in champagne gold colour . Metalic gold leafs are push to texture . Please note the surface is not smooth .
This process creates the unique 3D design.
The metallic gold colour makes this piece change colour depending on the light. It's super shiny .
In a dark place it will look like a dark golden piece, in day light the piece will appear to have different shades of gold as the colour will change depending on how the light shines on it.
This piece also will change colour during the
day as the light falling on the piece will constantly change its colour and it feels like your art is never the same.
This artwork shows off it's beauty at its best when hanging on a wall not when is flat !

This is a great piece as it really goes with any interior style and has a really glamorous look.
Can be hang as portrait or landscape .
The artwork is created on a quality heavy duty canvas which is ready to hang.
Edges are continuing with gold colour .

PLEASE NOTE: Colours and hues are sometimes distorted depending on monitor screens, can differ from mobile devices and tablets too. All pieces for sale are original and one of a kind.
PLEASE NOTE WE CAN RECREATE THIS STYLE IN DIFFERENT SIZE AND COLOUR AS CUSTOM ORDER .

Artist Bio

Eva Johnova is a Slovakian born abstract artist residing on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Growing up Eva has always had an artistic side which she initially expressed through her work as a make-up artist in Paris, London and Edinburgh. Since moving to Australia she has expanded her horizons and moved into the world of contemporary abstract art and design.

Nature is Eva’s greatest inspiration – especially the rich colours and textures from the mountains of her childhood in Slovakia and both the natural beauty of the Australian outback and the many beaches around Australia. Her earliest pieces involved working with found objects such as old furniture, books, newspapers to create environmentally sensitive works of art. She then took inspiration from the ethereal beauty of feathers. She has been using the natural material and also delicate hand-crafted paper feathers, during her previous design phase.

As Eva's creative spirits have soared, she has returned more and more to her inspiration from the natural beauty to be found in the outback and beaches of Australia. Eva has been inspired to create the beautiful resin artworks that mimic both the beautiful waves crashing on the sandy beaches which the Northern Beaches of Sydney are famous for as well as the contrasting beauty of the harsh ruggedness of the outback meeting the smoothness of the ocean.
