Tropicana Daydreams - original art by Eve Sellars.
THE INSPIRATION
This is a fantastical paradise, entirely imaginary, yet somehow familiar and recognisable. The stream, leaves, trees, rocks and palm fronds are familiar elements of the "top end" of our gorgeous Australian landscape, set in a hyper-colour palette focusing on positive, bright & happy hues.
This painting would look absolute amazing in a room which needs a pop of colour, such as a bedroom or lounge room where the soft furnishings and wall colour are neutral, grey or white. It would also complement a room which already has elements of similar colours, including aqua, turquoise, forest green, pink, dusty rose, and pale blue.

My paintings are treated with the greatest care throughout their life in my studio and home, or at exhibitions where they may temporarily hang. Your artwork will be carefully wrapped in bubble-wrap and sturdy cardboard. I recycle cardboard where appropriate (usually sourced from furniture stores). Bubble wrap can be recycled at most supermarkets.

. . . ABOUT THE ARTIST
Having enjoyed a lifetime of creativity and expression, it’s no surprise Eve’s paintings are proving so popular with collectors, with over 130 original artworks sold in the last two years. Eve captures the essence of everyday gardens in our local neighbourhoods and parks, making her art relatable and unpretentious. She interprets her subject with sensitivity and love, and prefers the viewer “feel” rather than “see”.
Eve leads an unconventional life in her off-grid home in central Victoria with hubby, dogs and a gorgeously prolific vegetable garden and orchard, and spends most days at the easel.
