‘Don’t call me Garybaby’.
Grumpy Gary has officially had enough. Don’t touch him, speak to him, move him, brush him, or sing to him—just feed him and step away. Expressively fluffy, perpetually unimpressed, and thoroughly brushed the wrong way, Gary embodies the quiet fury of a creature who’s mastered the art of discontent.
Perfect for anyone who appreciates a bit of attitude on their walls.

My work is inspired by the personalities animals quietly reveal through their expressions, quirks and body language. Rather than aiming for perfect realism, I'm interested in capturing character—those familiar looks that make us smile, laugh or remind us of someone we know.
Working with acrylic paint and oil pastel, I use bold colour, expressive mark-making and layered texture to create lively, contemporary portraits with a playful spirit. Influenced by my background in interior design, I create artwork that brings warmth, personality and a sense of fun to a space.
Whether it's a grumpy cat, a silly dog, a curious bird or another memorable creature, I hope each painting becomes more than artwork on a wall and t becomes a piece that makes people smile every time they see it.
