Linocut Print on paper
Signed and numbered on the front.
The snow gum (Eucalyptus pauciflora) is one of the high country's most distinctive trees. I collected twigs on a summer trip to Jindabyne and surrounds, admiring the resilience and stubborn nature of this beautiful species.
This print is a detailed study of the snow gum's leaves, buds and flowers. It is a unique (one-of-a-kind) artwork on bamboo awagami printmaking paper, using Akua and Caligo inks.
