Artwork Description

Artwork Influence

There was a perfect plan… until I dipped the paint brush into the colours… then something took over; or someone? It wasn’t me, or maybe that was me, but then I don’t know who this one is?? Or maybe I just need to pause to be one again …

This year, I enjoy expressing my love for nature with vivid and strong colours coming through acrylics... Too many colours, too many movements, too chaotic, all imperfections and yet, I see beauty more than anything. That’s the world I perceive and my paintings are tiny reflections of how I perceive the world with its light and shadows, its constant dance, and its transcendent beauty...

Artwork Description

My artworks are signed at the front and are sold unframed. Framing is a personal choice and most people prefer to choose their own frame, based on their interior design. But it is possible to arrange for framing via Bluethumb; if you are interested, please let us know.

Artist Bio

I’m an intuitive artist who learned by exploring, drawing, and painting from the time I was old enough to hold a pencil. I never studied arts, but I absorbed what I saw and learnt from every resources I had.
I paint what makes my heart sing, what calms my soul down, and quiets my mind's ongoing conversations. Flowers, nature, playfulness of light, and dancing branches, they all keep me present and I try to capture a hint of their beauties by my paintings. I love watercolour and acrylics, each helps me to express myself differently.
My watercolour artworks bring stillness and pause ; and then there is a shift, music and dance through my acrylics painting. And I know, I won't settle for a medium, they are the means to express myself and I will not limit how I express myself through colours.
