When I cannot sleep, I count (in my head, not out loud 🤣). Quite literally I count the seconds. I find this sorta funny as I actually dislike numbers and maths. Like I hate them a lot 😂. However, I find the act of counting slowly to be beneficial if I have an over-active, over-thinking, stressed or anxious brain at the time, to help me focus on one thing until I(fingers crossed) fall asleep. Especially when my mind is a bit of a whirlwind. Which it quite often is let's be honest 🤷‍♀️🙃❤

So this one is appropriately titled 'Count the seconds' 💓

Being a diptych, each canvas is 102 x 76cm. Hung side by side it equates to 204 x 76cm. You can hang these closely to appear as the one canvas, or further apart with a space in the middle.
