South Island New Zealand around the Glenorchy area is an area of exquisite beauty and rustic farms. I love thé vibrant greens of the grass fields against the mountains.This is a small painting which may be a souvenir for the visitor or for someone who has never visited the area.

I’ve been doing art for about 10 years now and enjoy painting and drawing in a variety of media. My profession as a speech language pathologist working with children with communication challenges is often the source of inspiration for my bold, bright and expressive work! I paint intuitively and enjoy freedom from a specified goal. I love to paint faces which convey emotion, but also enjoy bright abstract florals, landscapes and sometimes birds and other animals.
