I’m Filomena Hart, working from my studio in Ipswich Queensland.

My first experience as an artist was when at the age of 16 I entered my first colored pencil drawing with Stott’s college (Sydney) and won my first award.

I went on to study the artworks of the great master artists and have been working with oils for many years, exhibiting around locals galleries.

I enjoy working with different mediums. I am currently working with colored pencils, pastels, and graphite.

I believe that being an artist is something one is born to do. I went on to study through practical experience, learning through trial and error, and self-learning studying the works of the great masters and other great artists.
