inspired by the amazing artists that i have met and never met and the everchanging colours throughout the seasons in nature and culture. My first job as a young teenager was working at a variety of orchards in the Yarra Valley, i still enjoy years later been out door with my cannon camera photographing walking and gardening .
Victorian based artist Frances Phelan is known for her beautiful creations that when hung on your wall give out a feeling of joy.
Frances Phelan has studied painting/art in various settings including with Kevin Boucher and demonstration from many top artists . I paint using a variety arcylic brands and varnishers
As well Frances has worked in banking, worked as a support worker for a variety of disability/nursing agencies, worked in catering and cleaning. Obtained Associate Diploma in Community Development
