The ocean is chaotic, harsh and dramatic, yet so beautiful, peaceful and healing. This harmony gives us so much as humans that have a deep connection to the ocean.

I am a travelling artist, I often paint on site by the ocean or in the sand. The ocean and its flow are what inspire my work whether I’m painting a beach scene, a memory or an expression of myself. Painting is meditation, I paint for wellbeing hence naming my art and music platform @slante.mhath_art
“Slante Mhath” is gaelic for ‘good health’ and that’s exactly what my painting influences.
