I was born in Germany and grew up in a family of professional artists. So it came natural for me picking up the brush at an early age, and I started painting.
1996 I moved to Australia and found myself surrounded by a beautiful world of nature and wildlife.
The animal Kingdom has always interested me and eventually I specialised in doing commissions for pet portraits what is my first passion. My work explores emotional connection and relationship with nature and animals . I try to bring awareness of these through my artworks.
Pastel is my favourite medium but I do like other mediums as well. My paintings hang in residences around the world.
