After my first visit to Europe I spent time exploring the creme of Museums and it inspired me to explore the idea of painting.
After dabbling for some years whilst working, (having a busy and successful career in real estate) I spent 13 years living in Europe where under the guidance of quite a few different art teachers including art classes at the studio of a le louvre based restorer in Paris, taught me the basics and the traditional methods they encouraged.
I have always had a desire to create and might have in the right circumstances studied architecture.
My first attempt was a view from our Paris apartment window which still graces the wall of our Australian home.
I have found tremendous enjoyment in the production of canvas memories.
Now retired, I have time to further explore this creative art.
