This work was born from stillness, fine chartreuse fibres form a continuous field of linear pattern and repetition. The restrained structure creates a sense of visual coherence — ordered, luminous and quietly alive.
Chartreuse Coherence explores the feelings. I have after meditation, when noise recedes and thought settles into a clearer, more resonant state and unified field. Rather than representing meditation itself, the work captures what remains afterwards, along the lines of clarity, spaciousness and coherence.
