Festival

Festival is the flash of excitement and electricity at a time of celebration. Invitations, anticipation and preparation all come together with chaos and expectation. When the time finally gets here we find little treasures in the moments we meet. The negative space surrounding the block of chaotic movement and colour is like a polaroid picture, framing the moments in our minds.

This canvas is not yet stretched. It's total size lying flat is 110cmx82xm and once stretched, its face will be 90cmx60cm.

Mess maker and eternal optimist who applies colour, seeking to control it, structure it, force form. The paint has other ideas. Folding and unfolding hoping for something curious to happen then all possibilities move by and this is what randomness gives me. Universe grant me the sense to appreciate the chaos, the vision to see the order and the wisdom to know there is no difference.
