This is the first artwork I have completed since we lost everything in the NSW November bushfires. For quite some time after the fires, I found it very hard to get back into painting, this took a big toll on my mental health. This painting made me think of men who are from different backgrounds and walks of life who struggle with mental health everyday and they still manage to carry on. This influenced me to do the same and be strong; now I can be creative once again.

Artist Bio
Just an average guy looking to make my dreams as an artist come true. I grew up in an artistic family so it was only natural that I would follow this path at some point in my life. I have grown up in a small coastal town where there hasn’t really been any programs or places to help guide me on my way to my dream but I have managed to figure it out so far. I am in love with all abstract art and it is mostly what I do but in my own way I am still slowly developing my own style and I am loving the journey.
