Fragments of Flight

I challenged myself with this artwork to capture as many horses as possible.. I wanted to show the raw motion, speed, strength and energy of a wild horse herd. I drew inspiration from witnessing the wild brumbies of the Northern Territory, whose raw strength and freedom shaped the energy of the painting.

Deeply inspired by wildlife, my art often reflects experiences from overseas animal conservation trips, as well as the rugged spirit of country and western themes. Horses feature prominently in many pieces, embodying a deep respect for their strength and grace. With a passion for drawing anything encountered in everyday life, my artistic journey is a personal reflection of connection to both environment and experience.
