Artwork Description

“Yellow Stone” reflects my fascination with the enduring spirit of the cowboy in America’s modern West. Beyond the cowboy’s independence, it is the horse’s skill—its agility, stamina, and unspoken partnership with the rider—that brings the scene to life. Together, they embody resilience, freedom, and the timeless bond that continues to define the cowboy era in America today.

Artist Bio

I am a charcoal drawing artist based in Queensland, whose work captures the raw beauty and emotion of the natural world. Deeply inspired by wildlife, my art often reflects experiences from overseas animal conservation trips, as well as the rugged spirit of country and western themes. Horses feature prominently in many pieces, embodying a deep respect for their strength and grace. With a passion for drawing anything encountered in everyday life, my artistic journey is a personal reflection of connection to both environment and experience.
