Artwork Description

Spray Paint on canvas, stretched and ready to hang.

Signed certificate of authenticity.

After my wife bought a bunch of 'Shady Lady' waratahs at a market, I was intrigued by the rhythm and pattern of the flower, and thought I'd like to challenge myself to cut a stencil of it. There is a multi layered abstract background where I sprayed metallic gold paint through lace to create a pattern that gives the painting an old world charm, but with a modern twist.
This is the third iteration in this series.
