This is an abstract portrait of a woman with greatly over-emphasised facial features. It has been painted on a textured background so that some of that texture shows through the face.

I have been working in a range of art media for 50 years. On a regular basis I am doing pottery, drawing, jewellery, bonsai and painting. When it comes to painting, I usually work in the portrait or landscape and I favour either colour or texture in my work.
