Hi! I'm Georgia Hocking, bird artist and colour enthusiast.
Born and raised in Adelaide, Australia I have been painting as long as I can remember (thanks to my amazing mother who has always supported my creative & wacky side).
My style has been described as expressive, colourful and dynamic. I usually paint how I'm feeling at the time which is reflected on the canvas. I have always drawn my inspiration from nature, especially birds and other animals. I like to capture the unique energy and spirit of my subject.
I like to use all mediums I can get my hands on however my main choice of medium is acrylic, oil pastel and charcoal on canvas.
I'm currently living in Melbourne with my partner Jasper and our furry princess Daisy.
