Seals Rocks

I was travelling up north, and found myself spending an the afternoon at Seals Rocks beach. I was immediately captivated by how I found myself observing time in a different manner. I was immersed in a field of light, color danced across the water and painted the afternoon sky with a delicious texture, it was almost good enough to eat. I devoured the beach the whole afternoon.

Hi there,

My name is Georgina, a painter and drawer, currently located in the Southern Highlands of NSW. I am interested in all things to do with nature, its expansiveness, it's intuition, the colour and the extraordinary capacity it has to engage humans in a different way of seeing the world. I would say that my interested in art centres around all elements of life, and thus it's a poetic interpretation of what I see on a day to day basis. I suppose art can be described as a form of poetry, as corny as that may sound, but I believe it to be true.
